She got her bachelor’s in art & fashion at the Norwegian National Academy of the Arts in 2015, where she has since functioned as atelier manager. She has been a part of the Norwegian fashion scene since the age of 16 and is now lecturing at SoFi Oslo, freelancing as fashion designer, digital artist and model.

Gjermund Eskedal (b.1995) is a 3D-artist, based in Oslo. They manly work with motion graphics, and their practice explores multiple genres within design, architecture and fashion. The human body in unnatural states, and unnatural objects in organic motion are recurruing themes in their work.

Leon Lindgren, the Swedish visionary designer, considers storytelling paramount in his creative process. With a cinematic approach, he weaves intricate narratives into each collection, forming complete universes that captivate the imagination. Utilizing embroidery and other textile techniques, Leon crafts compelling pictures on his garments, evoking the essence of the stories he aims to tell. The detailed artistry not only portrays characters but also breathes life into entire fictional realities. For Leon, embroidery is an irreplaceable medium, allowing him to eloquently express his aesthetic vision and draw viewers into his imaginative worlds.

Daniel Steien (b.1995) grew up in beautiful surroundings in Northern Norway. He has a bachelor in fashion and costume design from Oslo National Acadamy of the Arts (Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo / KHIO). Daniel Steien have some experience in tv and music video doing costume and as a hairstylist.

Kristofer Mattsson (b.1994) was born and raised in Oslo after he’s Colombian parents came to Norway due to different reasons. Grew up in Ekeberg and stayed there until he reached 19 and started he’s architectural education in Kingston University. All he know is that if there is going to be a biography of him, it will have to be a compilation of many other peoples stories such as he’s mother, father, brothers and sisters, the girls and women of he’s life and a few men.

Johanna Warberg (b.1997) is a talented individual with a multi-faceted creative force, hailing from Stavanger, Norway, and now residing in Oslo. As a freelancer, she excels in illustration, design, tufting, and artistry. She has a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Illustration at the esteemed Oslo National Academy of the Arts (Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo / KHIO). Her diverse skills and artistic passion promise a bright future in the world of art and design.

As a one-night only experience, COLLECTIVE OSLO produced an art party exhibition to showcase the new breed of young artists in Oslo; “UNWRAPPED”.

The happening took place on September 22nd, 2022, just after the launch of the art project “PEELED”, on the site of historic artist restaurant Blom, now a gallery type hairdresser space signed Adam & Eva.

"UNWRAPPED" revealed a sneak-peek of some of works by the most vibrant young, talents in true COLLECTIVE spirit.

We try to use every opportunity we have to help and promote new talents. With “UNWRAPPED” we wanted to expose a wide variety of new artistic expressions, the pulse of Oslo today.

Malin Molden, a long-time collaborator with COLLECTIVE OSLO and curator of “UNWRAPPED” went straight to social media and looked through the people she followed on Instagram and started conceptualizing and reaching out.

It was my first time as a curator and I wanted to unwrap the more personal universes of the artists selected, without any boundaries.
