Kit Wan, previously based in Oslo and now residing in Hong Kong, is an independent menswear designer and visual artist. After completing his BA in fashion design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he went on to earn his Master's degree from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts in 2016. Incorporating influences from manga, high-tech culture, sci-fi, and mechanical aesthetics, Wan's distinctive body of work explores various art forms and clothing design to interpret the contemporary world. His creations serve as a canvas to express his unique motifs on the human form, delving into themes of uniformity and the augmentation of the body through armor-like designs. Employing striking shapes, colors, and fabrics, his clothing collections progress in tandem with the development of fictional narratives within his imagined universe.
