Erik Tidemann (b.1982) explores diverse artistic mediums, encompassing painting, drawing, video, and mixed-media sculpture. Drawing inspiration from the surreal and the animalistic, he incorporates taxidermy into his work, infusing an organic essence. His pieces conjure human-like characters and scenes that intertwine mystifying horror, humor, and psychological undertones. An active participant in Norway's art scene, Tidemann exhibits frequently across Scandinavia and internationally.
