Elnaz Gargari, a costume designer educated from Tehran and holds a bachelor's degree from Oslo National Academy of the Arts, where she clinched the Designers Nest Prize in Copenhagen for her graduation collection in 2017. She has collaborated with Beck Sødergaard and various emerging Norwegian artists. Formerly a member of the Trans94 collective, she participates in SIKT, an annual conference initiated by HRH Crown Prince Haakon.
Collective Oslo is backed by Oslo kommune, KORO and Adam og Eva.
